Plain summary (non-binding): You must be 18+. Everything here is © Urban Ninja, Inc. and licensed to you for private viewing only — no downloading, recording, or resharing. Payments are in cryptocurrency and are final (crypto can’t be reversed; no refunds or chargebacks). Don’t share your account. Disputes go to arbitration. The full terms below control.

1. Acceptance & eligibility. By accessing this site you agree to these Terms and confirm you are at least 18 and the age of majority where you live, and that adult content is lawful there. If not, leave.
2. The service & license. Urban Ninja, Inc. (“we”) operates this site and owns or licenses all content. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view purchased content for the access period of your purchase. You may not download, copy, screen-record, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content.
3. Payments (cryptocurrency). Prices are shown in USD and paid in cryptocurrency via our processor. All sales are final — no refunds and no chargebacks (cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible). Access is granted per the purchased offer (e.g. a per-album unlock or a time-limited all-access pass); durations are stated at checkout. If you paid but were not granted access, contact support@shellseachantal.com with your order details and transaction hash and we will resolve it.
4. Accounts. One person per account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Account sharing or credential resale is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
5. Acceptable use. No scraping or bots, no circumventing the paywall or age gate, no recording or redistribution, no unlawful use, and no harassment of the creator or staff.
6. Intellectual property & anti-piracy. All content is protected by copyright and other rights of Urban Ninja, Inc. and the performer. Unauthorized distribution is infringement; report leaks to legal@shellseachantal.com.
7. Disclaimers. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Ninja, Inc.’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim; no indirect or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Urban Ninja, Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.
10. Dispute resolution — arbitration & class-action waiver. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not as a class action, except where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Sections that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, arbitration) survive termination.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new “last updated” date; continued use means acceptance.
